Bought the hat prior to a trip to Kauai. Did a 9 mile hike in 85 degree, high humidity heat. Hat was awesome, great functionality. Breathable w/ good sun protection. Went through the wash, still structurally intact. I’ll likely purchase again.

…which is be a really good hat for the backcountry. Would give 4.75 if I could, just because for my particular head I wish it was deeper (taller). It’s hyper breathable, crushable, with a brim long enough to really shade your face. Big fan.
